While I avoid using cliches, the truth is that it can be lonely at the top. You wish you had an outside confidant to talk about your business. Not someone who’s going to immediately jump into giving you advice, but someone to listen to your concerns – a sounding board who will help you think strategically about your next move, or aid in communication in business or your personal life.
This person not only has to know a thing or two about running a business, but also the mid-life struggles of men as they wonder what’s next.
