About Paul Strobl, MBA, CPC
I've been working privately with founders and executives for over twenty years, one conversation at a time.
My background is unusual. An undergraduate degree in Cultural Anthropology sparked a lifelong fascination with why people do what they do. A Global MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management later followed. I left the Fortune 500 leadership track, deliberately, to build businesses of my own and eventually this coaching practice I have today.
I've reinvented twice: not by starting over, but by evolving. Ten years in Argentina. Now nine years in the Rhodope Mountains of Bulgaria. Location independent since before it was a thing.
Agency matters to me — over my time, my location, and who I work with. Which is why I've never pursued a speaker circuit, a group program, or a podcast with thousands of subscribers. The variety in my life comes from the geography I've chosen and the remarkably diverse people I get to work with privately, under the radar and without accolades. That's enough for me.
I work with a small number of clients at a time. No groups, no programs, no performance theatre. Just private, one-on-one conversations by phone with someone who has no agenda other than your clarity.
This audit is how most people find me. Take it honestly and I'll send you your personalized results and a debrief guide.
