I was not one who was a big fan of business coaching. I’d seen too many that seemed to use what is akin to magic when working with people. The results – nothing new, nothing learned. Therefore, when I came to the point where I needed one, I was honest with Paul about my skepticism. Working with Paul is a whole different game. He is informative, challenging, and fun. When I started working with Paul, I was at a point in life where I knew I wanted a change but didn’t quite know how to proceed with making that happen. Also, I was dealing with some past issues that were hindering me from moving forward. During our second meeting, Paul gave me an assignment to do to address one of my past issues. As soon we hung up, I completed that assignment and have been free ever since!! From that point, we begin to navigate the path to the change I was desiring. After each meeting, I made a step toward that change. Today, I am on the path to realizing that change!!  I would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking to hire a life and/or executive coach.
