I was looking for a change and more fulfillment when I sought a life coach. I did some coaching a few years back on the recommendation of a friend. It was a bit too much theory and very systematic. Paul's approach has so far been more natural. He has a wealth of experience from a broad array of professional pursuits and personal endeavors that provides a richness to his coaching. He uses excellent communication skills to identify and listen to what I share. Importantly, he gives me the space to express all the things that I otherwise may not express to friends or family. He's given me perspective on relationships that have been problematic and helped me to explore self-doubt and other sand bags holding me down. The "homework" is tangible and relevant. Many folks I talk to about my experience are very curious, and some of them are seeking their own coaches and/or the resources he's recommended. I would recommend Paul to anyone looking to explore their personal and professional lives from another angle and who need a change agent. There is no magic pill, and it's an ongoing process, but I am starting to remove barriers I didn't know existed, and I'm enjoying the process!
