WILL A.I. REPLACE LIFE COACHING?

It's a question I've gotten a lot recently and I wanted to set the record straight on how I see AI evolving in the coaching industry.

Can AI learn AI methods? Yes

Can someone gain some insights from working with AI for personal development? Absolutely

But will they feel heard? Will they feel the human connection from being vulnerable with another being? Will there be mutual trust and a feeling of understanding? AI can't do these things and probably won't for a very, very long time, if ever.

So bottom line: I'm not worried about being replaced anytime soon as a professional life coach for executives and entrepreneurs.

Our brains can churn out some pretty intense thoughts, both good and bad. But we don't have to get tangled up in them, especially the negative ones.

And you don’t need to battle those thoughts into submission. It will only drain you out. Simply, acknowledge them and watch them pass by.

The sunk fallacy cost: It’s the idea that we need to continue pursuing something simply because we've already put so much into it.

And this kind of thinking is often the cause of many, many miseries. We forget that sometimes, the wisest and the bravest thing to do is quit something that’s not working for you and use the knowledge gained from that experience somewhere more fruitful.
