Sometimes self-care is simply about taking a break and doing nothing.

Would you buy regular or premium gasoline?

Your body is that vehicle.

It takes you everywhere you need to go.

When you mistreat your body, you reduce it’s useful lifespan.

Schedule Your Check-ins

Take it to the “mechanic” for checkups.

Use it regularly to keep it running smoothly.

Put high quality food into it.

You are not your body.
